Terms of Service

Welcome to Rubies Light Designs. By accessing or using our website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Rubies Light Designs provides website design, redesign, and management services. Each project’s scope, deliverables, and costs are clearly outlined in an approved proposal or written agreement before work begins.

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

  • Respond promptly to feedback requests and approvals.

  • Supply all necessary content, images, and credentials in a timely manner.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may extend project timelines.

  • A non-refundable deposit (as specified in the proposal) is required before project commencement.

  • The balance payment is due before the final delivery or website handover.

  • Payments are accepted through approved payment methods listed on your invoice.

  • Refunds are not issued once work has started, except in special circumstances at our discretion.

Each package includes a specific number of design revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may attract extra fees.

  • Revisions must be requested within the active project timeline.

We deliver projects based on the timeline outlined in your proposal. Timely client communication and feedback are essential to keeping the project on schedule. Delays caused by late responses may affect the original delivery date.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and its files transfers to the client.

  • Rubies Light Designs retains the right to feature completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any third-party licenses (plugins, stock images, etc.) remain subject to their respective terms.

For clients subscribed to a website management plan, we will handle routine updates, security monitoring, and performance optimization as defined in the chosen package.

  • Clients must maintain active hosting and domain subscriptions.

  • Management plans renew periodically (based on your plan duration) and must be renewed to continue service.

  • We are not liable for downtime, hacks, or data loss resulting from expired hosting, domains, or unauthorized third-party interference.

All communication is conducted online via email, WhatsApp Business, or scheduled virtual calls.
We strive to maintain clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle, including after-launch support for managed clients.

Rubies Light Designs will not be responsible for:

  • Issues arising from hosting providers, domain registrars, or third-party integrations.

  • Website downtime or data loss beyond our control.

  • Losses caused by unauthorized access or client mismanagement of credentials.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

  • Payment will be due for all completed work up to the termination date.

  • Projects inactive for over 30 days without client communication may be considered terminated without refund.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
